StaticSmart Summit Series ESD vinyl tile is carefully tested at multiple steps during the manufacturing process for electrical performance, size and color consistency as part of our ISO 9000 quality program. Unlike other ESD vinyl manufacturers, we do not rely on "precision milling" to size our tiles. All StaticSmart Summit Series ESD vinyl tiles are manufactured to specification and cut to exact size, no re-sizing or milling is required. Any tiles not meeting spec are automatically rejected.

During the manufacturing process, our tiles are also given a reverse beveled edge. This provides a stronger bond to the sub floor and cleaner installation of the tiles without adhesive seeping from the seams.

Tough and durable, with an attractive hard surface and antifatigue backing, StaticSmart esd vinyl tiles create an attractive uniform surface that completely eliminates the need for clumsy mats. StaticSmart esd vinyl tiles integrate well with our ESD carpet tile. StaticSmart vinyl tile can also be installed over access floors and easily perforated without cracking.

StaticSmart Summit ESD Vinyl tile meets or exceeds all ASTM F150, NFPA 99, UL 779, ESD S7.1 ESD control standards and is recommended for all mission critical environments.

Permanent Static Protection
Like all StaticSmart floors, our vinyl meets all of the requirements of ANSI/ESD S.20.20. The static control properties of our commercial ESD Vinyl flooring are permanent and, unlike some computer-grade antistatic carpets, not affected by ambient humidity or temperature.

Installed with Adhere MC, our conductive releasable adhesive, StaticSmart vinyl flooring is easy to lay and can be placed directly over old tile or concrete.
