COMPANY BACKGROUND
Since 1973, Julie Industries has provided its clients with safeguards from the threats posed by uncontrolled static discharge in technology filled spaces where unwanted static could undermine, corrupt or violate the security and safety of a mission critical environment. Julie industries is a small business offering solutions to static electricity problems for corporations, universities, government agencies, military organizations, electronic industries manufacturers as well as banks, call centers and anywhere electronic technology is made, stored, used or repaired. We analyze each individual environment and application to help our customers maximize the possibility of mitigating the threats and liabilities associated with reliance on state of the art high speed, static susceptible technology.
As a GSA contractor we work with customers like the FAA to identify and select the correct form of antistatic flooring that will insure a long term static-free environment. Most of our antistatic flooring installations involve coordination between our technical department, architect, the tenant and general contractors. Our typical role involves a consultative approach where we help and educate the client in all aspects of the project from initial specification writing through post installation auditing and certification of static control performance. Julie Industry's technical expertise and flooring studies can be found in numerous published articles in various electronic and construction journals. For several years Julie industries provided antistatic training for FDA medical device inspectors at the annual FDA training class.
